We are currently recruiting a highly motivated Territory manager to raise awareness and develop the business of Electrochemotherapy and Electrosclerotherapy in the Area Benelux + Nordics.
Role description
This is a multi-faceted field based role, targeted to drive significant growth with support from the Sales and Marketing team headquartered in Italy. The role includes the responsibility of achieving sales and strategic objectives in the area of expertise, through the promotion of IGEA's reversible electroporation platform. The position includes both business development, account management and clinical support in the field of interventional radiology and surgery.
Role Responsibilities
● Territory Growth by developing new and existing accounts
● Develop collaboration with KOLs of a wide variety of oncological and vascular indications
● Build strong networks and relationships with current clients and key stakeholders
● Pitch sales and products to new and existing clients
● Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
● Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the national health systems, competition in the industry and positioning of the therapy
● Attending conferences and events to build relationships with customers, leads, industry partners and staying up to date with the latest scientific developments
● Deliver monthly reports detailing key monthly activity, KOL update, market feedback, CRM
● 80% field based with frequent travel in Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. The role will occasionally involve weekend work and travel to attend International congresses, courses and meetings at head office in Italy.
The Successful Applicant
● Driven sales professional with a minimum of 3-5 years medical sales experience as business development manager, key account manager, territory manager or similar roles
● Significant experience in working with stakeholders within the healthcare sector
● Experience and network in the following specialties is a plus: interventional radiology, dermatology, gynaecology, ENT, oncological surgery.
● Experience in introducing new clinical products in the market
● Experience in looking for and exploiting business opportunities
● High level of interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
● A proactive, flexible and dynamic approach
● A tenacious, motivated mindset
● Ability to reach deep expertise in the product and its clinical applications
● Educated to degree level, preferably with a scientific background
● Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
● Preferably based in Amsterdam, Brussels, Copenhagen or Stockholm area
